What if you faced life with curiosity instead of judgment?
To the incredible woman navigating anxiety, mental health, or weight struggles…
What if in your toughest moments, when you're feeling angry at yourself or someone else, you approached it with curiosity instead of judgment?
I know, this is easier said than done but we all have a story. We all have painful pasts and inner child parts of us that are still living within each of us and impacting us to this day.
Knowing this, what if you could go a little easier on yourself and those around you?
During moments in the day when you're frustrated with yourself, can you bring love to it? Can you shine a light of compassion to help soften the charge of whatever emotion you are feeling?
We can't heal from a place of judgment, bringing kindness and softness to the parts of us that are hurting and growing is so important.
In your tough moments...
Notice and ask yourself:
What do I need? Is it some rest, a break, a solution, some help from others, an act of self-care like journaling or a walk?
Emotions can make us feel frozen in place. Know that emotions always pass, the more we allow them to be there and pass through our system. They often have a message for us - something to learn.
This journey of life and healing we are on is not for everyone. Give yourself praise for getting to know yourself and understand yourself better, for devoting time to become the best, most authentic version of you. While knowing you are incredible and loveable right now too.
Thank you for being here and know that if you're going through something really challenging right now...
You are not alone!
With love and support on your journey,
Jamie
